What is a SECURE Submitter?
The general term Submitter refers to a company or agency that is found eligible, and currently sends documents for electronic recording to one of the participating counties.
How do I become a Submitter?
Under current regulations, a company or agency needs to meet eligibility requirements. To be eligible, the company must fall under one of the following criteria:
- Government Entity
- Institutional Lender
- Title Insurer
- Underwritten Title Company
The same eligibility requirement applies to a company trying to submit using an authorized agent. Evidence of eligibility will be requested before initiating the implementation process.
What is a Requesting Party?
The term Requesting Party (or customer of an agent) refers to a company that uses an authorized agent for submitting documents for electronic recording. A requesting party is considered a third party and has not entered into any agreement with the SECURE Owners. Unfortunately, for the same reason, SECURE Support is unable to provide support or assistance. We encourage requesting parties to contact their agent for support and questions.
How do I reset my password?
Please note SECURE Support will not ask for your password, token, or PIN when providing assistance.

SECURE
- To reset your password for SECURE, you will need to have made attempts to log in.
- Our procedure requires that users make at least five failed attempts to log in. Consequently, this will cause the account to be locked out.
- We will verify failed attempts and account lockout and proceed to assist you with resetting your password.
